Jerry is a 40-year commercial real estate veteran. He has been directly involved in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of more than $5 billion in closed transactions, spanning all of the major user and income property types throughout the country. As President of Lancet Realty Advisors, he leads dedicated national brokerage teams focused on acquisitions, dispositions and leasing of real estate for major corporations. Lancet’s largest long-term current client is Wal-Mart Stores.


In his most recent previous position as Executive Vice President, Investment Services, Jerry both created and managed international brokerge firm NAI Global's national institutional Investment Services Group and its national loan sales platform.  Prior to NAI Global, he was employed by MassMutual Life Insurance Co. and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, Inc. (now known as Barings) its wholly-owned pension fund advisory subsidiary, where for a total of 10 years, he created and headed up their respective national and southeast regional dispositions programs.


In addition, he was CEO and Managing Partner of Broad Street Capital, LLC, an acquisition advisor to 43 European institutional investors; Senior Vice President at Love Funding Corporation, a national real estate lender; a full-time underwriting contractor for Credit Suisse and MortgageRamp (GMAC Commercial Mortgage); and an investment sales broker at Grubb & Ellis.


Jerry is also the founder and current President (2022) of the Southeast Regional Chapter of REIAC (the "Real Estate Investment Advisory Council"), a national, non-profit, principal-only trade association composed of senior real estate executives involved in acquisitions, dispositions, development, asset management and debt procurement (www.reiac.org). He expanded the original Los Angeles-based group to a national organization by creating an Eastern U.S. Chapter in Atlanta in 1994. As on-going President for the past 28 years, he manages a 20-person Board of Directors with bottom-line responsibility for all Southeast Regional activity.


Jerry was granted the CCIM ("Certified Commercial Investment Member") professional designation by the CCIM Institute in 1986 and has been active in national and regional initiatives, including two years as District Vice President, leading the South Florida CCIM Chapter (www.ccim.com). He is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia and Florida. Jerry is also a graduate of the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida and a long time member of American Mensa, Ltd.
